With Damian and Talon around, at least they had familiar people, but after all they’d seen, it was difficult. Louise was the first to wake. The early morning sun shone through the stained glass windows. The young woman yawned and smiled at the sight before slipping out of her little makeshift bed. She silently slipped by the other sleeping forms, discovering with some amusement that Damian was not the prettiest sleeper. She had one destination in mind. The library. She would take any chance she could to read that Bible. Perhaps she could convince them to let her take one along with them when they left. It would do all of them good to have it on hand, she thought. When she reached the library, she found the Bible was exactly where she had left it. It was still on the Genesis passage from her conversation with Talon. She flipped up the corners of the pages, searching for the book of Psalms. Finding it, she heaved the pages over until she managed to locate the 46th psalm. She crawled into the page until she could easily see the words, then she began to read. Once. Twice. Thrice.

After a long posting hiatus, I have returned with another collaboration! This has been in the works for almost exactly a year now. We hadn't planned on ever posting it, but we got too excited about it and really wanted to share. We hope you enjoy! See description below for explanation of characters. God has given me a passion for music, specifically teaching and composing it. One of my dreams is to write for films and games. I also get a wonderful thrill whenever I get to teach someone anything music related. I have a degree in music education and I teach 7-12 vocal and instrumental music in Colorado.

I like Reece's Peanut Butter Cups, which I believe to be sent straight from heaven...unlike raisins, which are likely a result of the Fall. And coffee! Nectar directly from God, right there.
